STEWART, Edward Jay
Edward Jay Stewart, district manager for the Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company of Philadelphia, was born in Corapolis on April 4, 1905. He is the son of W. C. Stewart.
He was graduated from Franklin High School and attended Allegheny College. He was in the life insurance business in Meadville and Erie from 1928 to 1931, in Cleveland from 1931 to 1934, following which he secured his present appointment in Meadville.
Mr. Stewart married Anne Gilmore of Pittsburgh. They have two children.
Mr. Stewart is a Republican and a member of Delta Phi Gamma.
