Meadville Messenger, Meadville, PA 7/25/1889

At Toledo, O., July 23, W. M. Smith, son of E. W. Smith of Sherman Street, Meadville of typhoid malaria. Deceased was formerly a student of Allegheny College, and at the time of his death was a member of the U.S. Signal Corps. Rev. C. E. Hall, D.D., will conduct the funeral service this afternoon at the residence of the father of the deceased.
