I John G. Ash of Athens township, Crawford county, Pennsylvania, first direct the payment of all my just debts, funeral expenses and the charges of proving this is my will, and I then give and bequeath to my wife Alvira Ash, the life use of all my estate, and at the demise of my said wife, I give, devise, and bequeath, to my son Leo Ash, all my real estate, and personal property, including cash on hand or in the bank, with this provisio, that the said Leo Ash shall provide for, and take good care of his mother as long as she shall live, and within one year after her death, at the option of said Leo Ash, pay to my daughter May Himbaugh, the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.) as her share of my estate.
AND HEREBY REVOKING and making void any will or wills by me at any time heretofore made, declare this only to be my last will and testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I John G. Ash, the said testator, have hereunto set my hand and seal at Centreville, Pa., the 5th day of October,A.A. 1914.
