HERSHELMAN, Maurice J.

Maurice J. Hershelman, 82, Pearl Street, Springboro, died at Rolling
Fields Nursing Home, Conneautville, Wednesday, February 24, 1982, after
a long illness.

He was born at Springboro on June 7, 1889, a son of Fred and Addie
Wilder Hershelman. He married Marie E. Rick. Mr. Hershelman was
retired from Albro Packing Co., formerly of Springboro, where he was
employed in the maintenance department. He was an Army veteran of World
War I and a member of the United Church of Springboro where he was a
past president of the Mean's Bible Class and a former deacon. He was an
honorary member of Conneautville American Legion Post.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter, Lina Gribus of Springboro; a
son, Harold of Millsboro, Del., 11 grandchidren and 13
great-grandchildren.

Services will be held today at 1:30 p.m. at the United Church of
Springboro with the Rev. John P. Worrall, pastor, officiating. Charles
W. White Funeral Home, Conneautville, was in charge of arrangements.
Interment will be at Spring Cemetery, Spring Township.
