HERSHELMAN, Harold L.

Harold L. Hershelman, 63, formerly of Springboro, died unexpectedly at
Port Huron Hospital, Port Huron, Michigan on Thursday, December 13,
1990.

He was born at Springboro, September 30, 1927. He married Esther R.
Shockovsky, October 22, 1949. She survives.

He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Navy. He
was operations manager for Aunt Jane's Foods in Croswell, Mich. He was
a member of the American Legion Post 255, Croswell, and of the
Springboro F&AM Lodge.

Survivors, in addition to his wife and his mother, Marie Hershelman of
Springboro, include a son, James H. Hershelman of Georgetown, Del; three
daughters, Christine Bissell of Traverse City, Mich., Lynne Eberling of
Merrill, Mich., and Janet Battaglino of Millsboro, Del.; a sister Lina
Gribus of Springboro; and three grandchildren.

Following services in Michigan, funeral services will be held Monday at
11 a.m. at the United Church of Springboro, the Rev. John Worrall,
pastor, officiating. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. at the
church. Interment will be in Spring Cemetery. The family suggests that
memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis society.
